Brasileiro diz que bólido melhorou após equipe identificar problema aerodinâmico

Após o treino que definiu as posições de largada para o Grande Prêmio do Canadá, o jornalista Luis Fernando Ramos, o Ico publicou no site TAZIO os áudios com os pilotos brasileiros. Bruno Senna concedeu entrevista onde relatou os acontecimentos durante o qualifying. Explicou que o carro da Hispania progrediu muito em relação às sessões de treinos livres realizadas na sexta-feira e no sábado pela manhã especificamente devido à identificação por parte da equipe de um dano na aerodinâmica do seu carro.

"A gente teve um pouco de progresso de ontem para hoje no carro. Conseguimos identificar onde estava o problema aerodinâmico que estávamos tendo ontem. Eram os bargeboards, que são as partes que direcionam o ar embaixo do carro. Eu acho que passei sobre uma zebra ontem e quebrei o suporte deles e estava acabando o downforce da traseira. Então hoje o carro estava normal."

Mais adiante Bruno ressaltou a confiança no seu desempenho e sua satisfação com a tomada de tempo.

"O carro estava razoável, estava dando uma boa confiança. Então eu acho que foi uma boa performance. No qualifying, o primeiro jogo de pneus não foi uma performance tão boa. Eu não esquentei direito os pneus da frente e paguei um preço por isso. Mas no segundo jogo eu fiz minha volta na melhor volta do pneu e consegui fazer perto do melhor. Tem talvez um décimo, dois décimos de melhora, mas não mais que isso."

Bruno Senna comemora bom treino classificatório no Canadá

"Fiz uma volta no limite, andando sempre perto dos muros", diz o brasileiro

SÃO PAULO - Bruno Senna recebeu com satisfação o resultado das tomadas classificatórias que definiram o grid do Grande Prêmio do Canadá. Com o tempo de 1min19s484 estabelecido na primeira das três sessões, o piloto da HRT F1 Team largará em 22º, à frente da Virgin de Lucas di Grassi e do indiano Karun Chandhok, este com o segundo carro da equipe de Bruno.

A melhor marca de Bruno veio já nos instantes finais dos 20 minutos regulamentares do Q1. "Fiz uma volta muito boa, no limite e andando sempre perto dos muros", comentou, alegre com a evolução do desempenho do F110 na comparação com os treinos livres da sexta-feira. "Melhoramos o carro e a performance foi bastante razoável. Foi legal voltar a superar um dos pilotos da Virgin", acrescentou.

Em um dos circuitos até então desconhecidos para ele e com um carro praticamente sem alterações desde a abertura da temporada, Bruno vem conseguindo reduzir em Montreal a diferença para as demais equipes novatas da Fórmula 1. Hoje, por exemplo, ficou a apenas meio segundo da Virgin do alemão Timo Glock e a oito décimos da Lotus de Jarno Trulli.

Se na véspera o desgaste pronunciado dos pneus era uma grande preocupação, o consumo tanto dos compostos duros quanto dos macios já não foi tão elevado no segundo dia de atividades no traçado da Ilha de Nôtre-Dame. "O asfalto está bem mais emborrachado e não castigou os pneus como na sexta-feira. Foi uma pena que o câmbio do Chandhok tenha quebrado e o impedido de andar, porque teríamos uma base a mais de informações para discutir sobre os pneus", disse.

Apesar da avaliação positiva sobre o comportamento do carro nos treinos classificatórios, Bruno afirmou que a meta da HRT F1 continuará a mesma em Montreal. "Queremos completar a prova e, se possível, adiante de pelo menos um dos carros da Virgin. Ainda vamos precisar estudar as alternativas de estratégia, baseada no consumo dos pneus e dos tempos de volta. Só depois disso é que saberemos quantas paradas nos boxes serão necessárias. O que parece claro é que os pneus macios serão usados num stint bastante rápido", concluiu.

Posições de Largada - GP do Canadá

Encerrado o Treino Oficial que definiu as posições de largada para o Grande Prêmio do Canadá. Foi uma classificação positiva para Bruno Senna que largará a frente da Virgin de Lucas di Grassi e da outra Hispania de Karun Chandhok. Com o tempo de 1:19.484, Bruno ficou na 22º posição.

Clima de Copa une pilotos brasileiros em Montreal

A Copa do Mundo começou hoje na África do Sul e obviamente também foi assunto em Montreal no Canadá, onde a F-1 está reunida para o próximo GP. Os pilotos brasileiros como não poderia ser diferente também estão ligados aos acontecimentos do Mundial. O jornalista Adam Cooper postou em seu twitter o descontraído encontro de Bruno Senna, Lucas di Grassi, Rubens Barrichello e Felipe Massa. Ao qual legendou em foto:

Resultado do 2º Treino Livre - GP do Canadá

Encerrado o 2º Treino Livre para o Grande Prêmio do Canadá. A equipe Hispania manteve seu bom desempenho frente às demais novatas, Virgin e Lotus. O piloto Bruno Senna após 31 voltas pelo Circuito Gilles Villeneuve conquistou o 21º tempo.

O 1º Treino Livre válido para o Grande Prêmio do Canadá terminou a poucos instantes. O brasileiro Bruno Senna completou 28 voltas registrando a 22ª posição. Bruno ficou a frente dos dois carros da Virgin.

Bruno Senna faz o "reconhecimento" do Circuito Gilles Villeneuve

Bruno Senna fará a sua estréia no circuito canadense Gilles Villeneuve, neste final de semana. Na companhia do indiano Karun Chandhok e da jornalista Laia Ferrer, da TV3, o brasileiro fez o reconhecimento do traçado que, até então, conhecia apenas da TV e dos jogos de vídeo game.
